Seated on large marbleized oval base with skirts around figure, holding letter in hands. Also available as a TV lamp. Inspired by a painting by Jean-Louis Fragonard entitled “La Declaration d’Amour”. Figurine was later redone to create a new variation in 1962. This version eliminated the oval base and replaced it with a white four-legged bench and changed the letter to a bouquet of flowers trimmed with lace.
